Rove Bur Dubai - Healthcare City

The reception informed me that they will change my room as there was problems with the window but they forget and they didn’t even call me i was as i was waiting their call and checking with them then they shifted me in a room behind the construction , it wasn’t good stay

Room, facilities, gym, restaurant, foosball.

Great staff, great breakfast, clean and comfortable.

The super excellent service! Mr Ramadhan, Mr Mahmood, Mr Robin, and all the staff from the front desk till the security officer outside the building, they treated us so well and gave us an upgrade to the 9th floor. I’m a regular customer at Rove, in different branches, honestly, this had the best service. All Rove hotels have excellent service, this branch was outstanding! Thank you all!We appreciate the room service delivery from the 24 hour supermarket at the lobby. Great location!

Their constant supply of drinking water in the rooms and the reception. The shuttle service too is top notch. The sitting area outside is wow. Rove Bur Dubai is a home away from home.

The cleaning of the rooms was not 100%

Trendy decor, intelligent design, and good location for medical appointments.

Price is a bit high.

Pleasant and modern hotel, living up to Dubai standards; facilities seem to be somewhat limited, but rooms were very comfortable, clean and pleasant. It's just adjacent to DHCC and an excellent location to stay for anybody wishing to be close to that area or explore Deira.

Excellent Room, Polite Staff, Excellent Location and Car Park outside the Hotel

Everything was great

Amazing hotel. Super clean and functional. Helpful staff

This is one of the value options of the Rove hotels chain, yet it has the same high levels of standards. It's located conveniently between downtown and the old city, allowing you to explore both from a single location.

It could be a bit tricky to enter and exit the hotel when driving, but this is due to the road's layout and not the hotel's fault.

Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed the facilities, especially the gaming area, gym, pool, and lobby. A special thank you to the entire staff for their kindness and support—they were extremely helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay. We look forward to coming back again.

Nothing at all — everything was well maintained and exceeded our expectations.

Very clean room. The whole hotel is non-smoking. Late check-out at 2pm. Room was ready when we arrived. Convenient, well-kept parking garage.

Slow WiFi. Room was too cold and the temperature could not be adjusted using the thermostat. Bedding (duvet) was too heavy and hot - need just a plain sheet.

Location, cleanliness, comfortable and all stuff, specially the front desk team

Excellent staff, and their approach towards guests is great. To be mentioned, Mr Mani, the front desk manager, knows the place very well and suggests some local restaurants for late-night dinner. Since their hotel kitchen closed (3am) .

Centrally located and easy to find. Stunning facility, so clean snd neat.Staff were exceptional, from reception to the dining room.

Modern hotel with most facilities, comfortable, practical, and clean. I liked the international plug sockets with USB and USB-C available in more than one place in the room.

It would have been great if there is a weighing scale in the room. Also the hotel’s entrance is a bit tricky for cars so it would be nice if you put an arrow or sign on the road that takes to it.

The property was cleaned and comfortable The staff were friendly and helpful specially Mahmoud and the cleaning girl and the luggage man everything were nice

It’s nice design and very nice staff. Good location for airport.

Every thing was excellent and Special thanks to the ideal employee, Mr. Islam, was at the top of the splendour, very helpful, smiling and very helpful

I like every thing

Everything… from the location to staff and cleanliness
